Track and build rapport with potential sellers as well as conduct intensive market analysis
Escrow
Executed a purchase agreement and conduct detail due diligence on the property and the entitlement process
Funding-Purchase
Work with investors and lenders to close the transaction with the most financially beneficial debt structure
Construct-Hold
Work with contractors to complete the project and then work on leasing up the buildings and managing the completed project
Return on Capital
Monthly income disbursements will be provided. Upon the exit, the asset will be sold and the proceeds from the sale shall be dispersed to investors
